Our main Evaporation Sources products contain crucibles, boats, and thermal filament. These are specifically designed for OLED/multiple coating applications. We have broad experience in flat panel display manufacturing.
Resistively heated evaporation sources are made from high-purity (minimum 99.95%) refractory metals. These have a high melting point, and low vapor pressure. The most commonly used refractory materials are Tungsten, Molybdenum, and Tantalum. There are several evaporation source designs multi-strand filaments, wire baskets, boats, and crucibles.
An electric power source with low voltage tappings and high currents will be required. The boat evaporation sources usually have high power demand.
Multi-strand (often three strands) tungsten filaments are typically used to evaporate metals such as Aluminum or Platinum. Tungsten wire baskets can be utilized to evaporate chips or pellets of metals or dielectrics. Tungsten wire baskets are either sublime or do not make wet the basket while melting. They can also hold and heat crucibles containing the evaporator.
Boat sources are also fabricated with Tungsten, Molybdenum, and Tantalum. Most elements and compounds can be evaporated from the standard boat sources. However, if the material "wets" the complete boat (such as nickel) then a replacement Aluminum oxide coated source may be considered. For highly dense uniform Chromium films, Chromium-plated tungsten rods are available and baffle sources for materials such as silicon monoxide and zinc sulfide. For delivery, we usually use fast and safe logistics companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.
Many evaporation sources are available in stock and we offer them at the best. If you are unable to find the evaporation source you want, please reach us via [email protected] or +86 18175985920.
Crucibles are made of high temperature-resistant materials, generally including ceramic crucible, alumina crucible, or inert metal crucible.
The combustion boat is widely used in laboratories, institutes, and colleges. Materials of the combustion boats provided by AEM Deposition, include tungsten boats, molybdenum boats, alumina boats, ceramic boats, platinum boats, tantalum boats, with many others.
AEM engages in the production of components and parts used for electron beam evaporation, ion source, and thermal evaporation (includeing thermal filament).
