Gallium
Introduction of Gallium
Gallium is a silvery metal with a shiny surface and was discovered by the French chemist Lecoq de Boisbaudran in 1875. Gallium is recovered as a byproduct during alumina production. It is one of the few metals that melt just above room temperature.

Physical Properties of Gallium
Ga melts at around 29°C (85°F) and boils at about 2403°C (4357°F). This makes it very easy to handle because it will not burn your skin when touched. Its boils point nearly nine times higher than its melting point on the absolute scale, the greatest ratio between melting point and boiling point of any element
