Bismuth Germanate Crystal (BGO)
Bismuth Germanate Crystal
Bismuth Germanate (BGO) is a cubic structure, colorless and transparent electrodeless oxide crystal, insoluble in water. It emits green fluorescence with a peak wavelength of 480 nm under the excitation of high energy particles or high energy rays (x-ray, γ-ray). BGO crystal has strong radiation blocking ability, high scintillation efficiency, excellent energy resolution and no deliquescence.
