Sodium Chloride Substrate (NaCl)
Sodium Chloride Substrate
Sodium Chloride (NaCl) is a colorless transparent cubic crystal. The substrate is water-soluble, and it is easily deliquescent. It cannot be chemically polished. The application of NaCl substrate is usually used for infrared transmission windows and FTIR spectrophotometers. It's also useful for CO2 lasers.
